Neal is a distinguished licensed professional counselor based Michigan, whose extensive expertise and leadership as the president of the American Academy of Clinical Hypnoanalysis (AACH) underscores his commitment to advancing the field of mental health counseling.
With a rich history of clinical hypnoanalysis practice since 1992, after completing a transformative residency under the esteemed Dr. Dan Selling, MD, Neal has not only honed his skills but has also inspired countless peers and clients with his profound understanding of this impactful therapeutic approach. His academic journey, marked by a Bachelor’s in General Studies and a Master of Arts in Community Agency Counseling from Siena University, reflects a dedication to lifelong learning and ethical practice that aligns seamlessly with AACH’s mission.

Lunch & Learn
The AACH values our platform. As professionals in this field, we created our monthly Lunch and Learn series in the summer of 2024 to introduce new topics and conversations from a member of our board to other curious, evolving professionals. A new topic is presented at each meeting, occurring on the third Friday of each month. These meetings are $25 per class and last one hour, starting at noon CT. Interested?
