Lunch & Learn

The AACH values our platform. As professionals in this field, we created our monthly Lunch and Learn series in the summer of 2024 to introduce new topics and conversations from a member of our board to other curious, evolving professionals. A new topic is presented at each meeting, occurring on the third Friday of each month. These meetings are $25 per class and last one hour, starting at noon CT. Interested? Hypnoanalysis for Greif and Loss:

What helps when someone loses a pet or loved one?

Friday, November 21st, 2025, 1:00 PM CST

Hypnoanalysis offers some unique tools to help someone who has lost a loved one, even a pet. Hypnoanalysis cn speed the resolution of previous losses that get triggered when a new loss arises, and help heal trauma associated with the loss. Because of the neurological nature of hypnosis, we can facilitate forgiveness and resolve regrets more quickly. In addition, we can teach people to find an ongoing sense of connection, restoring the positive feelings from the relationship.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Understand the four tasks of grief

  • Review the hypnoanalytic process of resolving past losses

  • Outline steps to facilitate forgiveness and resolution of regrets

  • Discuss a process to restore positive feelings and connections

November’s Lunch & Learn is presented by:

Dr. Jeanne Clark, a Licensed Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in psychotherapy, counseling, and hypnoanalysis. Dr. Clark has over 35 years experience helping people change, heal, and grow in mind, body, and spirit.
